Assemblyman James Kennedy

Assemblyman James Kennedy is running for reelection to the New Jersey State Assembly, representing District 22, which covers municipalities such as Elizabeth and Union. 

Assemblyman Kennedy is the Chair of the Environment and Solid Waste Committee, Vice-Chair of the Science, Innovation and Technology Committee, and a member of the Transportation and Independent Authorities Committee, among others. He sponsored the landmark food waste recycling legislation and has advocated for stormwater resiliency projects, coastal protection, and open space preservation.
