Richard Codey
Senator Richard Codey (D) represents the 27th Legislative District and is running for re-election. Born in Orange, Senator Codey is the longest serving state legislator in New Jersey history.
Senator Codey is a fierce advocate for the environment and public health in his positions on on both the Environment and Energy Committee and the Health, Human Services, and Senior Citizens Committee. He frequently votes pro-environmental, and received a 95% on New Jersey LCV’s 2017 Environmental Scorecard.
