Assemblyman Robert Karabinchak

Assemblyman Robert Karabinchak is running for reelection to the New Jersey State Assembly, representing District 18, which covers municipalities such as East Brunswick, Edison, and Metuchen. 

Assemblyman Karabinchak the Vice-Chair of the Commerce and Economic Development Committee and is a member of the State Legislative Climate Alliance, which consists of members of various state legislatures that are working collaboratively across state lines to combat climate change. He is also the Chair of the Infrastructure and Natural Resources Committee, which has addressed NJ's long standing water pollution issues. Prior to serving in the legislature, Assemblyman Karabinchak was a member of the Edison Open Space and Preservation Committee and as a Middlesex County Utility Authority Commissioner. 

As the President of Tri-Form Construction, he advocated fiercely for solar and geothermal energy, and when he served on the Edison Municipal Council prior to his appointment to the Assembly, he was a leader in defending open space.
