Senator Troy Singleton
Senator Troy Singleton is running for re-election to the New Jersey State Senate representing District 7, which covers municipalities in Burlington County.
Senator Singleton is Chair of the Housing and Urban Affairs Committee and has served the 7th Legislative District since 2011 starting in the General Assembly, and then as Senator since 2018. Singleton served on the NJ Turnpike Authority Commission and Rowan University Board of Trustees. Currently, he is the President of Castle Edge Insurance Agency and a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local 255.
Senator Singleton was the prime sponsor of the Environmental Justice Cumulative Impacts Bill and he continues to fight for the health of our most overburdened communities, historically low-income and communities of color that bear the disproportionate and unjust burden of pollution. Senator Singleton has also been a consistent supporter of expanding clean energy and protecting open space.
