Verlina Reynolds Jackson

In February 2018, Verlina Reynolds-Jackson was appointed to serve as the Assemblywoman for the 15th District representing municipalities including Trenton, Hopewell, and West Amwell.

First elected City Council in 2010 to represent Trenton’s East Ward, Reynolds-Jackson was elected by her peers in October 2014 to serve as the City Council's Vice President. As a legislator, she will continuously and vigorously advocate for environmental protection for our air, water, and open space, especially in the Pinelands. She has been a vocal supporter in the fight to effectively address climate change and opposes the PennEast Pipeline.

Assemblywoman Reynolds-Jackson graduated from Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey) with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and from Central Michigan University with a Master's of Science in Administration.  She sits on the Assembly Consumer Affairs, State and Local Government, and Joint Committee on Economic Justice and Equal Employment Opportunity Committees.

We are proud to endorse Assemblywoman Reynolds-Jackson in the 15th District, and we urge you to vote for her on November 6th.
