Jamel Holley

Assemblyman Jamel Holley represents the 20th Legislative District and is running for re-election. Prior to joining the Assembly in 2014, Assemblyman Holley served as the mayor of Roselle, becoming the borough’s youngest-ever mayor. Outside of the legislature, he is the president and CEO of Front Porch Strategies, a government affairs consulting firm, and chairman and CEO of the Jamel C. Holley Civic Association, a non-profit providing resources and programs to residents of Roselle and surrounding communities. 

Assemblyman Holley frequently votes pro-environmental and was the primary sponsor of a bill prioritizing green building plans in New Jersey. For his efforts, he received an 86% New Jersey LCV’s 2017 Environmental Scorecard.
