Tim Eustace

Assemblyman Tim Eustace (D) is running for re-election to represent the 38th district. He was elected in 2012 after serving as mayor of the borough of Maywood from 2008 to 2012. Eustace serves as the chair of the Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee, and as a member of the Commerce and Economic Development Committee. He has also been the Deputy Conference Leader since 2014.

We have worked closely with Assemblyman Eustace and through our partnership, he has become one of our greatest champions in the Assembly. He was a major driving force behind getting the Natural Resource Damage Constitutional Dedication on the 2017 ballot. He has also sponsored many renewable energy bills, such as establishing the New Jersey Solar Energy Study Commission, providing bill credits for solar energy customers, and urging the Governor to join the United States Climate Alliance.
