Gerald Falotico
Gerald Falotico is a democratic candidate seeking first time election to the New Jersey General Assembly to represent the 39th District.
Gerald Falotico’s career includes 28 years of service as a police officer with the Township of Mahwah and he is now the Zoning Officer for the Borough of Upper Saddles River. Mr. Falotico currently serves his community as the Council President of the Borough of Emerson and has done so since 2017. As Emerson Council President, he was able to move forward a redevelopment plan that will revitalize Emerson’s downtown, meet the Borough’s affordable housing requirements, and avoid over-development. Mr. Falotico and his running mate John Birkner list their priorities as follows: make New Jersey more affordable, keep our communities safe, invest in infrastructure, and stand up for our values.
