LEADING POLITICAL ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP CELEBRATES SIGNING OF GREAT AMERICAN OUTDOORS ACT
TRENTON – The following is a statement from Henry Gajda, Policy Director of New Jersey League of Conservation Voters, on President Trump signing the Great American Outdoors Act into law.
“The bipartisan Great American Outdoors Act marks the most significant investment in conservation in a generation. This investment will directly benefit local communities, our most cherished open spaces, and the economy as we strive toward a sustainable green jobs recovery,” said Henry Gajda, Policy Director, New Jersey League of Conservation Voters. “We congratulate our partners at LCV, the Coalition for the Delaware River Watershed, and others for their tireless efforts to break through the partisan gridlock to fully fund the Land and Water Conservation Fund and make long-sought investments in our national parks.”
