New Jersey LCV’s Allison McLeod expresses gratitude for positive vote out of Senate Judiciary

TRENTON, NJ – Allison McLeod, New Jersey League of Conservation’s Deputy Director, has issued the following statement following her successful confirmation vote in the Senate Judiciary Committee to serve on the board of the newly created New Jersey State Parks and Open Space Foundation:

I am grateful to the members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and particularly Chairman Brian Stack, for voting to advance my nomination to serve on the board of the New Jersey State Parks and Open Space Foundation. I also want to thank Governor Murphy for nominating me to this important body, as well as my home-county senators, Declan O’Scanlon and Vin Gopal, for their faith in me.

I pledge to fight hard to bring additional resources to our state parks and open spaces, so that the residents of the most dense state in the nation have access to open space recreation opportunities.
