The Keep It Green Coalition understands Governor Phil Murphy’s decision to close all state and county parks as a necessary act to limit surges of COVID-19 cases. By closing the parks, the Governor is limiting ways that the virus can be transferred. Once the conditions are deemed safe, the parks will open again for residents and visitors to enjoy.”

Report Finds No Need for Damaging Williams Transco NESE Pipeline Across Raritan Bay

Eastern Environmental Law Center today released an expert report by Synapse Energy Economics showing that Williams/Transco’s proposed Northeast Supply Enhancement (NESE) pipeline project, which would transport fracked natural gas through New Jersey from the Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania to energy markets in New York City, is completely unneeded.
